Temperature requirements

（1）Operating temperature: The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70°C.

（2）Laying temperature: The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃.

2. Cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable models: YJV, YJLV, YJV22, YJLV22, YJV23, YJLV23

Temperature requirements

（1）Operating temperature: The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C.

（2）Overload temperature: The maximum temperature of the cable for short-term overload shall not exceed 130°C.

（3）Short-circuit temperature: When the cable is short-circuited, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250°C. (The maximum duration does not exceed 5 seconds).

（4）Laying temperature: The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃. Preheating is required when applying below 0℃.

3. Overhead insulated cable models: JKY, JKLY, JKYJ, JKLYJ, etc.

Temperature requirements

（1）The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable is 90°C for cross-linked polyethylene insulation and 75°C for high-density polyethylene insulation.

（2）When short-circuited (the most extended duration does not exceed 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable is 150°C for high-density polyethylene insulation and 250°C for cross-linked polyethylene insulation.

（3）The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than -20℃.

4. Prefabricated branch cable models: FZ-VV, FZ-YJV, FZ-WDZ-YJY, etc.

Temperature requirements

（1）The long-term allowable operating temperature of cables: PVC insulation is 70°C; cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 90°C.

（2）When the cable is short-circuited (the most extended duration does not exceed 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the line: PVC insulation is 160°C; cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 250°C.

（3）The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than 0℃.

5. Rubber sheathed cable models: YZ, YC, YZW, YCW.

Temperature requirements

（1）Working temperature: The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 70°C.

6. Welding machine cable models: YHZ, YH

Temperature requirements

（1）Working temperature: The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 70°C.

7. Coaxial cable model: SYWV

Temperature requirements

（1）Ambient temperature: PVC sheath is -25~+70℃, polyethylene sheath is -40~+70℃.
