1. Overall introduction of the product:
With the development trend of green energy saving, high density, and ultra-large scale of data centers, chilled water precision cooling has shown a rapid growth trend in market share due to their advantages such as efficient refrigeration, ultra-large cooling capacity, and economical energy saving. Chilled water precision cooling has the characteristics of centralized equipment, stable operation, simple structure, high reliability, low maintenance workload, low unit cost, high system flexibility, and strong scalability. They are usually used in medium and large data centers, operator computer rooms, financial institutions, and other application environments with chilled water sources.
The development of Chilled Water In-row Precision Cooling is designed from multiple dimensions such as performance, body structure, fan type, air outlet mode, and optional accessories to meet various market needs. The full range of models is divided into 25kW, 30kW, 40kW, 50kW, 60kW, 70kW, and 80kW according to the cooling capacity, and each model can be equipped with optional heating and humidification functions.

Application environments with chilled water sources such as medium and large data centers, operator computer rooms, and financial institutions.
3. Product technical features:
● Cooling capacity ranges from 25 to 80kW, with a total of 7 cooling capacity products to meet more cooling needs;
● Multi-fan design, fan redundancy, to deal with single fan failure, high reliability;
● Centrifugal and axial EC fan dual scheme design, to meet different site needs;
● The whole machine design energy efficiency is above 30, ultra-high energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption;
● Real-time monitoring of the operating status and speed of each fan, and rapid feedback of fan failure information when the fan is abnormal;
● Energy-saving circulating water wet film humidification and electrode humidification are optional;
● Use the newly developed 7-inch color capacitive touch screen, support graphic status and temperature and humidity curve display;
● Support 64 units in the same area for CAN communication networking;
● Optional chilled water CDU distribution unit, flexible configuration.
4. Batch production mode:
Production is in BTP (Build to Plan) mode, and stock is prepared in advance according to sales forecasts.
