Working principle of IT room cooling
1. Working principles and differences of IT room coolings
The compressor compresses the refrigerant gas that has absorbed heat energy after passing through the evaporator into high-pressure gas and then sends it to the condenser of the outdoor unit. The condenser releases the heat energy of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas into the surrounding air through the fan, causing the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant to condense back into a liquid, and then sent to the expansion valve. The expansion valve cools down the liquid refrigerant sent from the condenser pipe, turns it into a mixed liquid and gas refrigerant, and then sends it to the evaporator circuit. The evaporator re-evaporates the mixed liquid and gas refrigerant into gaseous refrigerant by absorbing heat from the computer room environment and then returning it to the compressor.
IT room coolings can be divided according to the air outlet mode: upper air outlet, lower return air, lower air outlet, upper return air, upper air outlet, and side return air.
According to the cooling method, it can be divided into air-cooled air conditioners and water-cooled air conditioners.
Water-cooled air conditioners can be divided into: chilled water cooling and cooling water cooling.

Adjustment of motors, fans, air filters, and air volume.
Humidification device:
1) Infrared humidification: high-intensity quartz lamp, stainless steel reflector, stainless steel evaporation water tray, temperature overheat protector, water inlet solenoid valve, manual valve, humidification water level controller
2) Electrode boiler humidification: electrode boiler, steam spray pipe, water inlet solenoid valve, drainage solenoid valve, water level controller

3. Maintenance of IT room coolings
In addition to the four main components of compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator refrigeration, IT room coolings also include fans, air filters, humidifiers, heaters, drainers, etc. Our daily maintenance and management are mainly for the above components.
