Common causes and solutions for IT room cooling alarms
1. Compressor high-pressure alarm
① False alarm caused by high-voltage switch failure or control interference;
② The air-cooled condenser has a lot of dust and the cooling capacity is reduced;
③ The air-cooled condenser fan power supply is disconnected;
④ The speed regulator of the air-cooled condenser is broken;
⑤ The temperature switch of the air-cooled condenser is abnormal;
⑥The water flow rate of the condenser of the water-cooling equipment is lost or the cooling water temperature is abnormal;
⑦ Abnormal oil blockage or foreign matter blockage in the exhaust pipeline;
⑧Excessive refrigerant charging.
2. Compressor low-pressure alarm
① Low-voltage switch failure or control interference causes false alarms;
② The indoor filter is clogged, causing insufficient air volume;
③ The indoor main fan is faulty, and air volume decreases;
④ The temperature set point is wrong and the return air temperature is too low;
⑤ The cold start delay setting is not enough, making it difficult to start in winter;
⑥Insufficient refrigerant charge or refrigerant leakage.
3. Low humidity alarm
① The low humidity alarm set point is wrong;
② The machine room is poorly sealed and the door is opened frequently;
③The humidifier water supply is blocked, the water pressure is too low, or the water is cut off;
④ The humidification tank is heavily scaled;
⑤ The humidification electrode is heavily scaled.
4. High temperature alarm
① The high-temperature alarm set point is wrong;
② The heat load is large or the door is opened frequently;
③ Other abnormal alarms cause the compressor to shut down;
④ The chilled water flow rate of the chilled water equipment is lost or the chilled water temperature is abnormal.
5. Floor leakage alarm
① The water leakage detection probe contacts the conductor;
② The drain pipe is blocked and water overflows from the humidification water pan;
③ The drainage pipe is broken or leaking;
④Condensation water dripping from abnormal parts of the equipment;
⑤Water from other abnormal channels flows into the ground.
6. Loss of airflow
①Insufficient air flow detection thermistor and heating resistor are too close together;
② The sampling air pipe of the airflow pressure difference sensor is blocked or the position is offset;
③ The connection between the sensor board and the display control board is loose;
④ The power supply is in reverse phase;
⑤ The indoor delivery part fails;
⑥ The filter is clogged.
